Restorative Leadership - What does it take to be a restorative leader?

True peace is not merely the absence of conflict but an active pursuit of fairness, justice and equality. That pursuit requires conscious efforts and actions to resolve conflicts, address the root causes, perform repair, and confront inequality and injustice - whether it’s in our families, schools, workplaces or society. True peacemaking involves both a personal and collective commitment, empathy, and a willingness to make sacrifices for the greater good.

In this course we’ll show you what it takes to be a Restorative Leader. We’ll review the values and principles of the restorative ethos, and equip you with a step-by-step plan of action to implement restorative practices in your family, workplace, school, organization or community.
