S.H.A.R.E.^© - A Structured Conversation Process

This course will prepare you to facilitate a group discussion to discover and repair the negative impact of destructive conflict. Restorative Way’s S.H.A.R.E.^©process is the foundational conversation practice used in workplaces, schools, justice systems, families and community organizations to thoughtfully and comprehensively address incidents, conflicts, and destructive interactions. We will equip you with the knowledge to recognize when to use the S.H.A.R.E.^©process, as well as how to facilitate the group conversation.
